Can you manufacture a wheel based only on a photo or sketch I found online?

Absolutely. The majority of our bespoke projects start with nothing more than a photo, render, or rough sketch. Our engineering team will translate your visual concept into a millimeter-accurate 3D CAD model and run rigorous Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations. This ensures optimum structural integrity, load rating, and brake clearance before a single block of aerospace aluminum is CNC-machined.

Will these wheels vibrate at high speeds? Do I need wheel spacers or hub centric rings?

Never. We hate steering wheel vibrations as much as you do. Every set is precision-engineered to an exact tolerance of 0.01 mm, perfectly tailored to your vehicle’s specific center bore (CB) and bolt pattern (PCD). They are 100% hub-centric and direct bolt-on fitment—no spacers, adaptors, or centric rings required.

What does your DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping service include?

DDP means a completely hassle-free experience. We handle the entire logistics process, including international freight, export handling, import customs clearance, and all local import duties and taxes. There are zero unexpected government bills or hidden courier fees. You make one single payment, and your wheels arrive safely at your doorstep or workshop.

What are your payment terms?

We operate on standard industrial terms: 100% T/T wire transfer, split into a 50% deposit to begin 3D CAD modeling and CNC manufacturing, and the remaining 50% balance paid upon photo/video quality sign-off prior to final dispatch.

How do you guarantee the quality, safety, and load standards of your wheels?

Safety and engineering precision are non-negotiable. All wheels comply with strict JWL and VIA standards and undergo thorough physical dynamic radial fatigue tests, rotary bending fatigue tests, and 13°/30° impact tests. Furthermore, our manufacturing facilities are fully certified under ISO/TS 16949 (IATF 16949), TÜV, and JWL/VIA manufacturing standards.

What is the typical lead time for a custom forged wheel set?

We pride ourselves on rapid engineering turnaround:

  • 1-Piece Monoblock Forged: Typically 15 business days for machining and surface finishing.

  • 2-Piece / 3-Piece Modular Forged: Approximately 25–30 business days, allowing dedicated time for multi-piece assembly, torque calibration, and air-tightness testing.
