At Xianglun Wheels, we believe bespoke forged wheels are far more than luxury aesthetics. They are fundamental safety and performance components operating under extreme lateral g-forces and thermal loads.

We do not outsource. Every single wheel set is conceived, engineered, forged, and hand-finished within our 21,296 m² self-owned industrial compound.

From standard monoblock racing wheels to complex 2-piece modular designs, we combine certified raw 6061-T6 billet aluminum with ultra-tight 0.01 mm machining tolerances, ensuring absolute bolt-on fitment without spacers.

How We Build Every Set

PHASE 01

3D CAD & FEA Simulation

Designs are optimized using finite element analysis (FEA) to verify stress distribution, load ratings, and specific brake caliper clearances.

PHASE 02

10,000-Ton Forging Press

Massive high-tonnage multi-stage hydraulic forging refines the microscopic grain flow of 6061-T6 aluminum, yielding immense strength-to-weight ratio.

PHASE 03

0.01 mm CNC Machining

Multi-axis high-speed CNC milling cuts custom bolt patterns and center bores to 0.01 mm tolerances, eliminating wheel vibration permanently.

PHASE 04

JWL / VIA & TÜV Testing

Every production batch undergoes dynamic radial fatigue, rotary bending fatigue, and 13°/30° physical impact validation.
