If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use our website or commission our manufacturing services.

General Conditions & Corporate Identity

This website and its associated manufacturing and export services are operated by Changsha Xianglun Wheel Technology Co., Ltd. (“Xianglun Wheels”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate commercial accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including instances where technical specifications cannot be verified for structural safety, or where unauthorized, fraudulent, or bad-faith activity is suspected.

Custom Engineering, Technical Specifications & Fitment Verification

  • Engineering Feasibility: All custom forged wheels are manufactured from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum billets, engineered to ultra-tight machining tolerances up to 0.01 mm, and produced within our 21,296 m² self-owned facility.
  • Final Blueprint Confirmation: Prior to physical CNC tooling and machining, clients will be issued a definitive 2D/3D engineering drawing detailing PCD, center bore (CB), offset (ET), load rating, and brake caliper clearances. Production commences only upon formal client sign-off.
  • Fitment Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate vehicle parameters (including aftermarket suspension modifications and oversized brake kits). Xianglun Wheels shall not be liable for fitment discrepancies arising from inaccurate or incomplete client-supplied specifications once the production blueprint has been formally approved.

Custom Orders, Cancellation & Return Policy

  • Bespoke Manufacturing: Because all monoblock, 2-piece modular, and bespoke racing wheels are custom-engineered to unique customer specifications, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once forging billets have entered CNC cutting or surface finishing phases.
  • Non-Returnable Goods: Unless a wheel is demonstrated to possess an undeniable manufacturing defect or structural deviation exceeding allowable ISO/TÜV/JWL standards upon arrival, custom-forged products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Inspection Upon Arrival: Clients must inspect shipments within 7 calendar days of receipt. In the unlikely event of physical transit damage or structural defects, detailed photos and unboxing videos must be submitted immediately to sales@xianglunwheel.com prior to mounting tires. Mounted wheels cannot be returned or claimed for cosmetic damage.

Pricing, Quotations & Payment Terms

  • Commercial Quotations: Formal price quotes (RFQs) provided via website, email, or official WhatsApp remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days unless otherwise stated, due to global aluminum raw material pricing fluctuations.
  • Clerical Errors: In the event that a service, product, or freight charge is mistakenly listed or quoted at an incorrect rate due to typographical error, Xianglun Wheels reserves the right to decline or cancel any affected orders.
  • Currency & Settlement: Invoices are denominated in USD (United States Dollars) or EUR unless mutually agreed otherwise. Production schedules are strictly tied to confirmed milestone deposits or full advance payments according to the proforma invoice.

Shipping, International Logistics & Customs (Incoterms)

  • Lead Times: Stated production timelines (e.g., standard monoblock ~15 business days; modular multi-piece ~25–30 business days) are manufacturing estimates and do not include transit times or unforeseen customs clearance delays.
  • Shipping Terms: Unless explicitly quoted under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, all international shipments are dispatched under standard FOB, CIF, or DAP Incoterms. Import tariffs, customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and local clearance processing fees assessed by destination authorities remain the sole responsibility of the importer/buyer.

Intellectual Property & Proprietary CAD Designs

All proprietary engineering blueprints, 3D CAD models, finite element analysis (FEA) simulations, website content, photography, graphics, and trademarks displayed on xianglunwheel.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Changsha Xianglun Wheel Technology Co., Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Limited Structural Warranty

Xianglun Wheels provides a limited multi-year structural warranty covering structural integrity of the forged 6061-T6 wheel body under normal intended operating conditions. This warranty explicitly excludes damage caused by curb strikes, vehicle collisions, racing accidents, road hazard impacts, improper tire installation, chemical abuse, or unauthorized structural repainting/welding.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any commercial purchase contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or orders shall be submitted to the competent courts having jurisdiction over Changsha, Hunan Province, China, unless an alternative arbitration forum is agreed upon in a signed commercial supply contract.
